I did some rowing this morning at LA fitness. That was a first for me. I think this is great cross training. I did 20 minutes and I was pretty tired. I will shoot for 40 next saturday
Has anyone tried rope climbing? That sounds like some good stuff

I made it up to 31 minutes today. It seams to use a lot of QUAD racing muscles. I need to ride for real out side

I have a rower too and it's an awesome workout.  Especially compared to like a treadmill.
I try and do 20 minutes everyday.  That's why I'm so buff!  Wink
