circle ridge track potential

hi guys,
great track. thanks for all your hard work.
i want to make a suggestion.

there is a huge rolling field next to the starting area. there is room for 1-2 mile GP-Iron man style track section there. i think that would be fun and pretty easy to set up.

thank you for a good race

That would be fun but the land owner requested we stay out of the open fields. Which if i owned this property would want too. This property is just to beautiful.

Jeff, what was the deciding factor in cutting the first two hills out, after lap 1? Is it true that some people were re-routed before even having to attempt the second of the two?

No they waited until all of the classes had made it down the first big downhill to re-route for the second lap.  The only way out was to make it up the second uphill, so to answer your question, there was no way to re-route around the second hill without taking both hills out.
